Absolute eye-candy coloring and composition. How did you do the warpy texture?

Thank you very much! And its a stylize filter in Photoshop called oil paint.

What kind of acrylics and/or techniques do you use to make your stuff?

Thank you! :D I mostly use Lascaux acrylics. Though for white I enjoy working with a quill and use the "Aero Color Professional" opaque white airbrush acrylics. :D Technique... is mostly "paint over it till you like it"? :)
